- You can ask for a refund from your Membership page within 7 days of paying; our team reviews each request.
02How to ask for a refund
Contact us through Membership & Payments help with the invoice number from Your membership, and we will tell you whether the payment is covered by these rules and how much would come back. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
03Good to know
Plans are never renewed or charged automatically. If your account is suspended or removed for breaking our Terms of Service, the remaining period is not refunded. For anything these rules do not cover, contact us below.
