Membership & Payments

Question 1

What membership plans are available?

Accepted Answer

The plans, their prices and what each includes are listed on the Membership page.

Question 2

What do I get with a paid membership?

Accepted Answer

Each plan lists its benefits on the Membership page - for example more visibility in search and access to contact details. Free members can still create a profile, browse matches and send interests.

Question 3

How can I check my membership status?

Accepted Answer

Your current plan, when it started and when it ends are shown on the Membership page while you are signed in.

Question 4

How do I purchase a membership?

Accepted Answer

Select Upgrade, choose a plan and duration, review the price and complete the payment.

Question 5

Can I upgrade my membership?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose a higher plan on the Membership page; the price is shown before you pay.

Question 6

Can I cancel my membership?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancelling stops the plan from renewing; your benefits continue until the end date shown on the Membership page.

Question 7

I was charged but my plan is not active. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Payments are usually confirmed within a few minutes. If your plan is still not active, submit a request under Membership & Payments with the payment reference and we will look into it.
